Preamble
The Nationalist Innovative Party aims to use visionary means to meet the needs of the people. It focusses on bettering the quality of life of all people rather than the wants of individuals. Many times politicians make open promises which never get finished, doing things for their self benefit but not necessarily the interest of the people. The Nationalist Innovative Party is a party of action not merely of words. We always have the welfare of all people and their interests in mind whenever we are making decisions for the country. We believe it is important to honor the roots of our past but recognize the possibilities of the future. We have many strong beliefs that we will to set into action to further these goals.
Foreign Policy
Immigration is a large and controversial topic. We believe that there should be less restrictions on open immigration. This is because it is causing way too much money is being spent and there are too many deaths. These negatives do not outweigh the benefits. Although we do not support those who broke the previous immigration laws, we believe that there should be a change. For those that did break the laws there still has to be serious consequences. The current immigration laws have the right idea about how there should be more control over who gets into the U.S. but it has to be changed so that there is not so much death, expense, and sorrow.
There has been a long, hard war being fought between the U.S. and Afghanistan and U.S. and Iraq. We believe that we should remove our troops from both Afghanistan and Iraq. This is because we made our point that the people in Afghanistan and the people in Iraq should not terrorize the U.S. We have been at war with them for 10 years and we think that at least we already rid them of some of their resources that could be used against us. Although the terrorists may come and try to attack us, we think that the pros outweigh the cons. First, before we take the troops out, we should try to make a peace treaty, but if that does not work then we will have to risk taking the soldiers out of the war stricken countries of Afghanistan and Iraq. We would have to heighten securities in the airports to make sure there is not a repeat of 9/11 but we would also have to be very cautious.
Taxes
Taxes help give our country a military, medical care, roads, and many other things. We believe that the distribution of the money that taxes take in lies with the federal government and the state government. The federal government distributes the money from taxes and sends it to the state government. The state government then uses it however they like and what is most important to each state’s needs and interests for example roads, firemen, policemen, etc.
The people who get tax breaks are those who donate to charity, use alternative energy, veterans, and low wage families. The reason why we believe that people who donate to charities should get a tax break is because they are giving back to the community and they are helping others. Those who use alternative energy should get a tax break because we are trying to help the world instead of using dwindling, precious, resources and so that there is no more global warming. Using alternative energy would be more attractive because to tax payers because they would will soon get money back after a while because they are not using as much energy and they would be getting tax breaks. The reason we believe veterans should get a tax break is because they have laid their lives on the line for their country and now they should be rewarded for their service. The least we can do is give these brave men and women tax breaks. Low wage families should get tax breaks because they are struggling to live even as it is and as a government and a society, we can help them.
Civil Rights
We believe that everyone should have equal rights it does not matter the sex, sexual orientation, race, or beliefs the person. Women should have rights over their choices. We think that women should be paid the same amount of money for the same job. At the moment, women are payed less. In 2009, women were paid 77% less then men. This needs to change. If you are gay or lesbian, you should be treated the same as anyone else. This includes marriage and other rights that at the moment gays and lesbians do not have. The same thing goes with your rights and beliefs. You should have complete control over what you believe, no one should try to influence you or discriminate against you just because of it. We believe that all should have the right of religion as the first amendment states. You should be free to choose who you believe in and what you believe. We think that in schools we need to teach more about diversity and how being different is good. This will stop the harassing during school time and in later in life too.

Elections are a very big event in the United States because we are electing our new leader, someone who will guide us through the rest of his/her term of four years. Elections happen every four years for president. The president may serve the country for twelve years or three elections. But like all rules in the constitution, this rule may change if needed but, it is very hard to do. If there is a president that is a successful leader and made the country better, but is nearing the time limit, then they can talk with the new candidate and pass their ideas on.
Last year the candidates spent four billion on campaigning. We believe that this is outrageous. Instead of spending that much money on campaigning, that money could be used to help a child in need. But we are also choosing a leader that will either lead us into failure or guide us to victory. The limit to how much money you can spend on campaigning we believe should be lower but, still enough to show the country the characteristics of the new candidate. We believe this number should be around three billion. This is 60,000,000 per state. Now we can spend another one billion on things that really need it. Like low wage families or finding a cure for cancer.
Trade
There are many layers of rules and regulations about trade. We believe that you can trade what ever you have. If you have timber, then you can trade it; if you have gasoline, then you can trade it. We believe that there should be fair trade but no free trade. We believe in fair trade because it helps smaller businesses and not big plantations. We do not believe in free trade because it takes away the taxes that help pay for things such as our policemen and paving roads.
Throughout the world we believe that we should be conscious of who is making what we are using. Even though an item may be cheap it may be made in a sweatshop, or made by a child forced to work by abusive employers for many hours a day. By buying an item made under these circumstances, you could be encouraging companies to continue it’s unscrupulous business practicessss.
